Stunning piece with striking primary colors and clean lines, depicting two lovers kissing while a 3rd waits with a cigarette.
Marin was very active in the 60's, making this one of his earliest known works. It's a prime example of his distinctive style with bold lines, colors, and shapes.
Dimensions (including frame): 23" x 27". Painting is in remarkable condition. The frame shows wear at the corners, visible in photos.
Note: there are two other known artists named Carlos Marin; one being an operatic vocalist (born in 1968) the other a sculptor (born in 1959).
